The upcoming FIFA World Cup has transformed North American cities into literal urban warfare training zones—complete with black helicopters and facial recognition grids funded by nearly a billion dollars in FEMA grants. Combine that with a push to deport anti-war critics, ARPA-H’s terrifying new initiative to surgically engraft fetal tissue into adult brains, and Elon Musk prepping the ultimate retail-investor rug-pull with SpaceX, and you’ve got a dystopia running on all cylinders.
