Links and Info for P.F. Lazor Segment
Attorney Directory. District Attorney. Jeffrey F. Rosen. Phone: (408) 299-3099. Fax: (408) 287- 5076. Email: jrosen@dao.sccgov.org
Regarding P.F. Lazor, the unjustly incarcerated political prisoner on whom Mark Anderson has frequently reported, in order to help free him from the Salinas Valley State Prison near Soledad, Calif., please write to the state prison system’s Office of the Inspector General via the “report misconduct” or “ask a question” internal email areas near the top of the webpage at www.org.ca/connect. For overland mail, send your hard-copy letter to: Office of the Inspector General, 10111 Old Placerville Road, Suite 110, Sacramento, Calif., 95827. Those who want to help free Lazor can also contact the Santa Clara County, Calif. District Attorney Jeffrey F. Rosen. Phone: (408) 299-3099. Fax: (408) 287- 5076. Email: jrosen@dao.sccgov.org. The best points to stress are that Lazor was unjustly imprisoned on a 2nd degree murder charge for what was an act of self-defense, and that the entire Board of Parole Hearings process has been riddled with unlawful operations and fraud. Lazor was supposed to be free on May 1, 1992 but the only way under law he can be imprisoned indefinitely is if 1) he himself was a particularly dangerous individual, which he is not; and 2) the crime for which he was imprisoned was especially grizzly or heinous. Neither of those two conditions apply! You might also want to mention that due to his personal chemical sensitivities, Lazor feels that a mandated covid vaccination program for the state’s entire prison population, which is on hold for now but could become a reality with minimal, if any, advance notice, would in all likelihood kill him (and possibly injure or kill scores of other prisoners).
